Design and Manufacturing
We have over 40 years of experience in the industrial weighing sector. We design and manufacture customised weighing systems tailored to the specific needs of our customers, such as:
- Semi-automatic filling systems for drums or cans by weight
- Semi-automatic weighing bagging machines
- End-of-line package control systems (checkweighers)
- Special platforms (stainless steel or non-standard sizes)
- Product dosing systems (including for ATEX certified zones)
- Parts counting systems up to 3,000 kg
- Storage silo weighing systems
- Product labelling systems
All for both non-classified environments and ATEX environments.
Rental
We have a large fleet of industrial weighing instruments available for rental, in particular:
- Road weighbridges (including transport, installation and testing)
- Parts counting scales up to 3,000 kg for warehouse inventory
- Scales up to 3,000 kg
- Reference weights and masses (up to 50 tons) for testing scales, cranes, overhead cranes, etc.
- Dynamometers for overhead weighing
Quality assurance checks
We carry out periodic quality assurance checks on request (for ISO 9001 purposes) using LAT-traceable reference weights, with optional issue of a Test Report in accordance with UNI CEI EN 45501.
After-sales service
Our after-sales service is at your complete disposal to resolve any technical issues with the instruments we supply. We carry out repair and scheduled maintenance work on instruments supplied by us or by other manufacturers, in order to ensure the proper functioning of the instruments at all times. We also provide assistance with in-situ CE testing and periodic Metrological Verifications.
