Automatic benchtop sealer for PVC and EVA tubing, equipped with color touch screen display and optional high-performance battery, possibility of connecting multiple units in parallel.
Main Features
Flexibility Designed for indoor and outdoor use thanks to the optional battery and long sealing autonomy.
Stand-alone, with output for external motorized sealing clamp (optional), and possibility of connecting multiple units in parallel (cascading for segmentation)
Can seal medical grade PVC and EVA tubing from 2 to 6.5 mm in diameter and maximum wall thickness of 0.8 mm.
User Interface with 2.8″ color touch screen display that allows viewing of all functions, process control, alarms and setting of operating parameters.

- Fully automated and controlled sealing process that requires no adjustments to seal tubing of different sizes
- Optical sensors to detect the presence of the tube inside the sealing heads
- Audible and visual alarms on the display for incorrect or incomplete sealing
- Lightweight, only 5.5 kg (without battery) and sturdy carrying case (optional)
- Easy head cleaning without sealer disassembly, a presence sensor prevents the sealer from working when the protection is removed
